Modernize Auraiya Police Line: Bid Now for Rs 220 Cr Project

The Planning Department of Uttar Pradesh has released a tender for the construction project involving residential and non-residential structures within the Reserve Police Line in Auraiya district.

The project's comprehensive scope encompasses architectural design, structural design, and the planning of all essential services. It also outlines the implementation of specialized civil, electrical, mechanical, and electronic engineering services as integral components. The responsibilities extend to securing mandatory approvals from local authorities necessary for project initiation, overseeing the execution of work and services, and delivering the completed assets in a habitable condition.

The project adopts a design, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) approach, inclusive of a three-year defect liability period, which also covers maintenance activities.

This significant contract, valued at Rs 220 crore, imposes an 18-month completion period. Interested parties are required to submit their bids by the 20th of February, 2024.
