SBI’s ₹253 Crore GIFT City Venture: Bidding Now Open

The State Bank of India (SBI) has invited bids for composite construction works for residential twin towers at Block No. 41 in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

The scope of work includes civil works and the installation, testing, and commissioning of all essential systems and services required for modern residential towers. These include plumbing and sanitary systems, electrical works, firefighting systems, HVAC, security systems, lifts, Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), landscaping, and other allied services.

The project is to be completed within a total duration of 42 months, inclusive of monsoon and holiday periods. The timeline will commence from the date of the work order plus a 15-day mobilisation period, or from the date the site is handed over to the contractor, whichever is earlier.

The estimated contract value is ₹253.33 crore, and the deadline for bid submission is January 28, 2026.
