A Heroic Entry: Hero Realty Plants its Flag in Greater Noida

Hero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, has entered the Greater Noida market with the acquisition of an 18,215 sq. m land parcel in Sector MU through an auction conducted by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA).

The parcel is earmarked for residential development, marking a strategic expansion for the company. The location offers strong connectivity, with access to the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar, and the FNG Expressway. Proposed metro corridors, along with nearby schools, hospitals, and commercial hubs, further enhance the area’s residential appeal. The site also benefits from frontage along a 60-metre-wide road, ensuring smooth internal and external connectivity.

This acquisition complements Hero Realty’s existing portfolio across key NCR markets. In Gurugram, the company has launched The Palatial in Sector 104, featuring over 680 smart residences equipped with AI-enabled technologies and integrated retail amenities. Its plotted development arm, Hero Earth, recently sold all 77 plots at The Ark in Sector 85, Gurugram. In Sonipat, Hero Realty has partnered with the Spiti Group to offer residential plots in Sector 33.
