Advait: ₹300 Crore Senior Living Project in Haryana

PioneerUrban Land and Infrastructure, in collaboration with J K Organisation’s real estate arm, J K Urbanscapes Developers (formerly J K Cotton), has announced an investment of ₹300 crore to develop Advait—a premium senior living residential project in Haryana.

Spanning 2.6 acres, Advait is the first IGBC Platinum-certified senior living project in the state to be licensed under Haryana’s Retirement Policy. Currently under construction, the project is slated for completion by early 2027.

Designed to promote wellness and comfort, each apartment will feature a centralized air filtration system (TFA unit), while 24/7 medical support will be available on-site through a partnership with Fortis Hospital, Gurugram.

Launched amid a growing demand for senior-focused housing in India, Advait is set to redefine retirement living with a strong emphasis on sustainability, advanced architecture, and resident-first design.
