Arisinfra Secures ₹75 Crore Deal with Wadhwa Wise City

Arisinfra Solutions, a leading provider of organised construction material supply and value-added services, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wadhwa Construction and Infrastructure for the next phase of the Wadhwa Wise City project in Panvel.

Leveraging its proven track record in timely material delivery and efficient project execution, Arisinfra will supply materials for seven new residential towers spanning a total construction area of 1.2 million sq. ft. This partnership is expected to add approximately ₹75 crore to Arisinfra’s materials supply business over the next 36 to 40 months.

Wadhwa Wise City is a 250+ acre integrated township positioned within Mumbai 3.0’s emerging growth corridor. Strategically located near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, the township includes residential towers, villas, plotted developments, commercial and retail zones, educational institutions, and spiritual centres—offering a modern, self-sufficient urban lifestyle.

With over 3,000 homes already delivered, the upcoming phase aligns with the region’s infrastructure expansion, including the Panvel–Karjat suburban railway line and improved connectivity to Mumbai and neighboring hubs.
