Arkade Unveils its Masterpiece in Mulund

Arkade Developers has recently expanded its presence with the launch of Phase-1 of Arkade Nest, a residential project situated in Sarvodaya Nagar, Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Spanning over a two-acre plot, this project comprises six wings, three of which are currently available for launch.

Additionally, Arkade has secured redevelopment agreements for two prominent projects in Mumbai. Emphasizing its blended model of greenfield and redevelopment ventures, Arkade will be initiating redevelopment projects at Arunachal Co-op HSG Society in Jay Prakash Nagar, Goregaon East, and Nutan Ayojan Co-op HSG Society in Liberty Garden, Malad West.

Nutan Ayojan Co-op HSG Society offers a plot size of 6,830 sq. mtrs. and an approximate saleable carpet area of one lakh sq. ft. On the other hand, the Arunachal Co-op HSG Society redevelopment project spans across a plot size of 4,487 sq. mtrs. and is projected to feature an approximate saleable carpet area of 82,000 sq. ft. Notably, this marks Arkade's third venture in Jayprakash Nagar, Goregaon East, following the successes of Arkade Adornia and Arkade Aspire.

Following the completion of Arkade Serene in Sunder Nagar and the recent launch of Arkade Eden in the same vicinity, this marks Arkade's third project in Malad West.

These new redevelopment projects and the launch of Arkade Nest align with Arkade’s commitment to delivering affordable luxury residential spaces in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Maharashtra. Arkade continues to prioritize construction quality and cater to aspirational lifestyle choices in its endeavors.
