Ascott Expands Chennai Footprint with New Citadines in Oragadam

The Ascott Limited has signed an agreement to launch Citadines Oragadam Chennai, a 113-unit serviced residence, in collaboration with Boss Inn International Palace. This development marks Ascott’s strategic entry into Oragadam, one of Chennai’s fastest-growing industrial and logistics corridors, home to over 22 Fortune 500 companies.

With Oragadam undergoing rapid transformation through major infrastructure projects, smart city initiatives, and a surge in commercial and residential activity, the new property is poised to cater to the rising demand for high-quality corporate accommodations.

Citadines Oragadam Chennai will offer modern serviced residences, all-day dining, a fully equipped fitness centre, and interiors reflecting the brand’s hallmark style—blending comfort, functionality, and contemporary urban design.

This marks the hospitality debut for Boss Inn International, spearheaded by Mr. V S Nathan, who brings over three decades of global experience across hospitality, finance, and technology sectors.

The upcoming Citadines will be Ascott’s third operational property in Chennai, joining Citadines OMR Chennai and Somerset Greenways Chennai, and extending its presence into the city’s burgeoning western corridor.
