AURUS and United Group Ink ₹550 Cr Deal for GIFT City Residential Hub

AURUS Luxury Managed Residences has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with United Group to establish and operate a large-scale managed residential development in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

Under this partnership, United Group acts as the development and property partner through Siban Developers, while AURUS contributes its expertise in co-living, hospitality, community management, and day-to-day property operations. The upcoming project spans approximately 5,00,000-plus sq. ft. of leasable area across 480 units under a proposed 15-year lease structure valued at roughly ₹550 crore. Targeting an operational launch by 2030, the development is designed to support students, young professionals, and working executives within GIFT City's expanding commercial and academic ecosystem.

Commenting on the collaboration, Sanket Patel, Partner at United Yogi LLP, stated, “The development of a successful urban ecosystem requires different forms of infrastructure to evolve alongside one another. We see this partnership with AURUS as an opportunity to contribute to that evolution by introducing an organised managed-living solution that responds to an important requirement within the city’s broader development landscape.”
