BPTP has announced plans to invest around ₹1,200 crore in the development of a luxury residential project in Gurugram as part of its ongoing expansion in the premium housing segment.
In a statement, the company said it has launched a new high-end residential development, Downtown 66, located in Sector 66, Gurugram. The project will feature 504 apartments and is being positioned within the luxury housing category.
According to the company, the proposed development will involve an estimated investment of nearly ₹1,200 crore, reflecting its continued focus on upscale residential projects in major urban markets.
