Dholera's Next Landmark: Aaiji Residency 477 by Aaiji Group

Aaiji Group, a prominent real estate developer in Dholera, has received approval from the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) for its latest premium residential project, Aaiji Residency 477.

Strategically located in Kadipur Village along the Ahmedabad–Dholera Expressway, the project spans 10,809 sq. mtrs. of non-agricultural (NA) land and offers RERA-registered residential plots with modern, high-end amenities. The site boasts seamless access to major urban infrastructure, including the ABCD Building activation area, Metro Rail, 250-meter-wide express highway, Knowledge and IT Zone, and City Centre Zone.

Aaiji Residency 477 is poised to benefit from Dholera’s robust infrastructure growth. Key regional projects such as the international cargo airport and the 109-km Ahmedabad–Dholera Expressway are slated for completion by the end of 2025. Connectivity will be further strengthened by upcoming initiatives like the Bhimnath–Dholera broad-gauge rail line and the Vande Metro.
