Emaar's Serenity Hills: The ₹1,600 Cr. Luxury Launch

Emaar India has announced an investment of ₹1,600 crore in its upcoming luxury residential project, Serenity Hills, located in Sector 86, New Gurugram.

Spread across 25.90 acres, the development will comprise 997 apartments delivered in multiple phases, with the first phase featuring seven high-rise towers. The project will offer three- and four-BHK units in three size options ranging from 948 sq. ft. to 1,576 sq. ft., priced between ₹3 crore and ₹5.7 crore. Designed with sustainability in mind, Serenity Hills has received IGBC Platinum precertification.

Residents will have access to premium amenities spread over one lakh sq. ft., including a 65,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The project is expected to be completed within five years and represents Emaar India’s continued expansion in the country’s luxury real estate segment.
