Gaurs Group to Invest ₹1,400 Crore in Yamuna Expressway Project

Gaurs Group has announced a ₹1,400 crore investment to develop a premium residential project in Sector 22-D of the Yamuna Expressway region in Gautam Buddh Nagar, further reinforcing its footprint in the Delhi-NCR real estate market.

The project will be built on a newly acquired 12-acre land parcel and will feature a modern, high-end residential complex. Emphasizing the area's growing potential, Chairman and Managing Director Manoj Gaur stated, “With the imminent operationalisation of the international airport, this region is poised for exponential growth. Yamuna Expressway is the city of the future, and we are proud to be shaping it.”

Gaurs Group, known for its large-scale developments, has already delivered a 150-acre integrated township along the Yamuna Expressway. The new investment builds on this legacy, positioning the company as a major player in the rapidly developing corridor.

Director Sarthak Gaur added that the company is actively scouting additional land parcels in the region to expand its portfolio, aligning with the broader infrastructure-led transformation driven by the upcoming airport. This strategic move aims to meet rising residential demand and contribute to the region’s urban growth.
