Godrej Properties has acquired a 14-acre land parcel in Hoskote, East Bengaluru, where it plans to develop a premium residential project with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,500 crore. According to a regulatory filing, the upcoming development will offer approximately 1.5 million sq. ft. of saleable area.
The company noted that this acquisition is part of its strategy to deepen its presence in East Bengaluru, a region experiencing strong demand for quality residential housing. Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, said, “Hoskote is an important micro market for us in East Bengaluru. It continues to demonstrate strong demand for high-quality housing and aligns with our vision of developing best-in-class residential communities.”
Earlier this month, the company also announced the acquisition of another 14-acre land parcel in Pune for approximately ₹800 crore, earmarked for a residential project with 3.7 million sq. ft. of buildable area.
