Gujarat's Oasis: Shreepad Group's Serene Residential Complex Unveiled

Shreepad Group's 2.30-acre Pal, Surat, Gujarat, residential complex has modern living areas. Regarding comfort and luxury, the 4-block project will have 152 flats in Blocks A and B (B+G+13 stories) and Blocks C and D (B+G+12 floors). Surat's expanding requirement for high-quality residential units with modern facilities will be met by this ambitious project. 

A 9-story business building and three 13-story residential buildings house 156 residential and 81 commercial units. It emphasizes uninterrupted power for lighting, AC, and water pumps. DGVCL supplies the complex's 1200 KW. Transformers with OLTC and tap settings from -15% to +15% increase power quality due to power supply variability. 

Project priorities include efficiency and sustainability. Acoustic cages for each DG set reduce noise, and a 100-liter day oil fuel tank provides backup power. The electricity infrastructure can handle 1200 KW peak demand and 1400 KW connected load, ensuring residential and business continuity. 

The Shreepad Group's 108-crore Surat residential complex would combine luxury and modern amenities. The project creates new residential building laws to improve Gujarat's urban landscape and living standards.
