Gillco Group has officially broken ground on Gillco Meraqui, a premier ultra-luxury residential development situated on a 12-acre clear-titled land parcel in Sector-126, Mohali. Located along the high-growth PR-7 Airport Road corridor, the ₹700–800 crore project marks a pivotal milestone for the company as the first fully independent development spearheaded by Managing Director Tejpreet Singh Gill.
The design-led community is heavily inspired by classical Greek-Roman architectural themes, often referred to as "The Greek Art of Living." Master-planned by prominent architecture firm Morphogenesis, the project features six towers housing 444 premium residences in 3+1 and 4+1 bedroom configurations."Meraqui has the potential to become a defining residential landmark for the region," noted Manit Rastogi, Founding Partner at Morphogenesis.
The self-contained ecosystem balances high-end exclusivity with daily convenience, incorporating an elite clubhouse, wellness and sports infrastructure, landscaped arrival spaces, and a dedicated high-street retail component. Funded entirely through internal accruals and customer collections, the project is projected to generate ₹1,200 crore in gross sales, with a targeted completion timeline of four years.
