K.D.C Enterprises plans to set up Residential Complex in Maharashtra

K.D.C Enterprises Builders & Developers intends to construct Central Park, a new residential complex in Mumbra, Thane, Maharashtra. Although the project is still in the planning stages, it is scheduled to be completed by 2026. The project will include 284 apartments, with a mix of 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK units. The carpet areas in the apartments will range from 344 to 876 square feet. The project costs 90 crores and includes a residential complex with 22 floors and three towers. 

The project is located in Mumbra, near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Kalyan-Dombivali Municipal Corporation area. The development is also near schools, hospitals, and commercial malls. K.D.C Enterprises Builders & Developers, a well-known Thane real estate developer, is behind the project. In the region, the company has a number of successful initiatives. Central Park is a project that has been registered with RERA.

The project has a starting price of Rs 29 lakhs. The flats are currently available for reservation.
