Landmark Group Invests Rs 400 Crore in Gurugram's SKYVUE

Landmark Group, headquartered in the National Capital Region, has announced a Rs 400 crore investment for the second phase of its luxury residential project, Landmark SKYVUE, located in Sector 103, Gurugram, along the strategic Dwarka Expressway.

Phase 2 will be developed over four acres of the project’s total 11-acre site and will comprise 240 premium 3-BHK and 4.5-BHK apartments housed in two high-rise towers. These towers will rise 42 storeys (G+42) and feature private elevators, sky lounges, and an observation deck. The phase has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,200 crore.

Chairman Sandeep Chhillar noted that the company has owned the land since 2009 and has already cleared all necessary approvals and charges with local authorities. The project will be funded through a mix of internal accruals, bank loans, and customer advances.

Apartments are priced at Rs 17,500 per sq. ft., with unit prices ranging between Rs 5 crore and Rs 7 crore. Phase 2 is expected to be delivered within four years, following the successful completion of Phase 1 in 2013.

A third phase of the SKYVUE project is also planned for launch later this fiscal year. To date, Landmark Group has delivered 15 residential and five commercial projects across Delhi-NCR.
