MAIA & Arnya: ₹120 Cr. for 'The Seven' Luxury Launch.

MAIA Estates has raised ₹120 crore from Arnya, a boutique investment manager, to develop The Seven, a luxury residential project in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru.

The project will comprise twin 36-storey towers spanning six lakh sq. ft., featuring expansive four-BHK and larger residences designed in collaboration with leading architects. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026, with completion targeted for 2029. Drawing inspiration from Basavanagudi’s cultural heritage, the design integrates sky decks, wellness spaces, and water features to foster a strong connection with nature.

MAIA Estates CEO Mayank Ruia highlighted the project’s focus on enhancing quality of life, while Arnya CEO Sharad Mittal noted Bengaluru’s growing demand for luxury housing as a key factor behind the investment. The development aligns with MAIA’s broader strategy to shape Bengaluru’s evolving premium residential landscape.
