MICL’s ₹925 Cr Dahisar Project Races Toward Completion with New OCs

Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) has secured the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for Towers C and D of its premium residential project, Aaradhya Parkwood, located in Dahisar East within the Mira-Bhayandar region of the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.

Strategically situated near Dahisar Check Naka and adjacent to Singapore International School, the development offers strong urban connectivity while benefiting from views of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Spread across a 2.5-acre site, Aaradhya Parkwood comprises four residential towers of 35 storeys each, supported by a common basement structure. The project has a total saleable carpet area of approximately 5.3 lakh sq. ft. and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of over ₹925 crore.

Launched in September 2022, the project has witnessed robust demand, with more than 90% of the inventory already sold. The receipt of the OC for Towers C and D marks a significant milestone in the development’s execution and reflects MICL’s focus on timely delivery and construction quality.

Commenting on the achievement, Manan Shah, Managing Director of MICL, stated that the company completed the milestone in about 31 months, ahead of schedule, demonstrating its commitment to efficient project execution. He added that the strong response from homebuyers highlights sustained demand for well-connected residential developments offering quality design, modern amenities, and a balanced living environment.
