MNRL Launches Rs 970 Cr Residential Projects in Bhandup and Panvel

Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd (MNRL) has announced the launch of two major residential projects in Mumbai and Panvel, further expanding its footprint in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

In Bhandup, MNRL has unveiled three new residential towers under its Neohomes portfolio, covering 2.2 lakh sq. ft. with a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 370 crore. This includes the second tower of Neovalley Narmada and the third tower of Neo Park Ashoka, together adding approximately one lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area. Located within the 6.5-acre Neo Park layout, the project offers modern lifestyle amenities such as fitness centres, rooftop gardens, and children’s play areas.

Concurrently, in Panvel, MNRL has launched Phase III of its flagship township, Marathon Nexzone, introducing The Nirvana Collection. Spanning 3 acres, the new phase features four premium towers and a retail promenade, with a GDV of Rs 600 crore. The development will offer luxury amenities including swimming pools, yoga zones, co-working spaces, and retail options for residents.
