Nahar Builders Unveils Massive Residential Project in Prime Mumbai

 M/s. NAHAR BUILDERS LIMITED has announced an ambitious residential project located at C.T.S. No.51 A & 52 A, Sector R-6, in Village Chandivali, Kurla (West), Mumbai. Spanning across a plot area of 7682.44 square meters, this project boasts a substantial total built-up area of 49,494.29 square meters. Comprising a single building with three wings and a multi-level car parking facility, the development includes a mix of flats and shops, with a total of 429 residential units and 14 shops.

 The proposed infrastructure includes 1 building divided into 3 wings, rising up to Ground + 19 floors for Wing A and Wing C, and Ground + 18 floors + 19 (pt) floor for Wing B. With an estimated population of the project focuses on various crucial aspects such as water and sewage management, featuring a sewage treatment plant (STP) utilizing Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) technology with an underground installation.

Furthermore, emphasizing sustainable practices, the project integrates rainwater harvesting provisions, energy-saving initiatives, and waste management strategies. With an estimated project cost of Rs. 256 Crores. M/s. NAHAR BUILDERS LIMITED aims to establish an environmentally conscious and modern residential complex in the heart of Mumbai.

As on December 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 70% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2024.
