P&C Projects Secures ₹300 Crore Chennai Police Quarters Deal

P&C Projects, based in Erode, has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) in the tender floated by the Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation (TNPHC) for the construction of police quarters at the Mansion Site in Chennai, under the Chief Minister’s Announcement Scheme.

TNPHC had invited bids on 13 March 2025 for the development of 896 quarters for Police Constables and Head Constables, with an estimated project cost of ₹300 crore. Financial bids were opened on 22 May 2025, where P&C Projects submitted the lowest bid, quoting ₹299.75 crore.
