Riviera: AIPL's Rs 1,500 Cr Vision for Conscious Luxury

AIPL has launched its ultra-premium residential project, Riviera, within AIPL Lake City in Sector 103, Gurugram, strategically located along the Dwarka Expressway.

Spread across 5.14 acres, Riviera forms part of a larger multi-phase master development and is expected to generate an estimated revenue of Rs 1,500 crore. The project features two 43-storey towers offering three- and four-BHK residences, designed with nature-focused architecture and contemporary amenities. Residents will benefit from expansive open spaces, dedicated wellness zones, sports facilities, and a tranquil Central Lake, all curated to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

With 80% of the area dedicated to open spaces, the project places strong emphasis on sustainability, integrating climate-responsive design, solar-powered common areas, and on-site organic waste processing. AIPL has collaborated with leading global and Indian consultants—including Morphogenesis, Aspect Studios, Blink Design Group, and The One Off (UK) for branding and signage—to establish a new benchmark in lakeside living at AIPL Lake City. The developer is also working with GMDA and MCG to upgrade and maintain surrounding infrastructure, reinforcing its long-term vision for the region.
