Sarvam: The ₹4,800 Crore Crown Jewel of Sector 37D

Signature Global has announced plans to invest ₹4,800 crore in the development of a luxury residential project, Sarvam at DXP Estate, located in Sector 37D along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. Spread across 13.56 acres, the project will comprise 1,798 premium apartments.

Amid strong housing demand, the company is offering 50 per cent of the total units in the first phase, with prices ranging between ₹3 crore and ₹4 crore. Construction is expected to commence shortly, and the project is scheduled for completion by 2032. The development will be largely financed through internal accruals, including customer advances.

Designed with a focus on sustainability and wellness, the project is targeting Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Platinum certification and will feature a range of lifestyle amenities, including the Michael Phelps Swimming Academy. The launch is expected to help Signature Global achieve its annual sales bookings target of ₹12,500 crore and further consolidate its position among India’s leading real estate developers.

Signature Global Founder and Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal said the total investment in the project is estimated at approximately ₹4,800 crore.
