Sea-View Luxury Approved: Godrej Trilogy Kicks Off in Worli

Godrej Properties (GPL) has secured RERA approval for Phase 1 of its premium residential project, Godrej Trilogy, in Worli, Mumbai.

The project, part of a joint development on a 2.63-acre prime plot near Dr. Annie Besant Road and the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, offers stunning Arabian Sea views. Phase 1 will comprise two towers, Seaturf and Seafront, with approximately 11 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area. The overall project is estimated to generate gross revenue exceeding ₹10,000 crore.

Designed for luxury living, the development features spacious homes with large private decks and high-end amenities. The surrounding neighbourhood offers top-tier schools, healthcare, shopping, and upscale residential and commercial properties, making it highly desirable for discerning buyers.

"With approvals now in place, the first phase will be launched in the current quarter," the company stated.
