Shriram Properties Plots ₹600 Cr+ Lake-Facing Project in Bengaluru

Shriram Properties Ltd (SPL) has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 9.1-acre land parcel at Doddagubbi in North-East Bengaluru, further strengthening its residential development pipeline in one of the city’s fastest-growing corridors.

The company plans to develop a premium lake-facing apartment community with a total development potential of approximately 6.7 lakh square feet and an estimated gross development value (GDV) exceeding ₹600 crore. The project is scheduled for launch during the current financial year.

Strategically located in the North-East Bengaluru growth corridor, the project enjoys strong connectivity through Thanisandra Main Road, Hennur Road, Outer Ring Road, and the airport connectivity corridor. The location offers convenient access to major IT parks, commercial hubs, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail centres, and entertainment destinations, making it an attractive residential micro-market.

According to the company, the development will feature thoughtfully planned homes designed to maximize space utilization, natural ventilation, and resident comfort. The project will also incorporate landscaped green areas and modern lifestyle amenities, while its lake-facing setting is expected to provide a distinctive living experience that combines urban convenience with natural surroundings.

Shriram Properties said the acquisition aligns with its asset-light growth strategy and focus on expanding its presence in high-potential residential markets across Bengaluru.
