Signature Global's Massive ₹17,000 Crore Expansion

Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer Signature Global plans to launch housing projects worth ₹17,000 crore in FY26, adding nearly 10 million sq. ft. of new inventory—primarily in Gurugram.

“So far, we have launched projects worth ₹4,000 crore, covering 1.8 million sq. ft. The remaining 7.5–8 million sq. ft., valued at ₹12,000–₹13,000 crore, will be rolled out by the festive season,” said Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal.

Key upcoming developments include two major projects: one spanning 3.5–4 million sq. ft. along the Dwarka Expressway, and another of similar scale on the Southern Peripheral Road.

For FY26, Signature Global is targeting ₹12,500 crore in pre-sales and ₹6,000 crore in collections, following record bookings of ₹10,290 crore in FY25. Originally known for its affordable housing focus, the company is now expanding into the ₹2–5 crore segment, with upcoming projects in Delhi’s L-Zone and Rohini, as well as Noida, offering 2,000 sq. ft. units priced between ₹3–4 crore.

To support this growth, the company will invest ₹1,500 crore in land acquisition and ₹2,500 crore in construction, aiming for a gross development value (GDV) of ₹15,000 crore from the new launches.
