SPL Captures Hinjewadi: ₹700 Cr. Residential JDA Signed

Shriram Properties (SPL) has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a ~0.7 million sq. ft. premium residential project in Hinjewadi, Pune.

This marks SPL’s second venture in Pune, following its successful debut project in Undri, launched in May 2025, where over 55% of units were sold within six months. The upcoming development will comprise a 6.5 lakh sq. ft. high-rise residential complex integrated with retail and commercial spaces, offering a total saleable area of over seven lakh sq. ft. and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹700 crore.

Strategically located in Hinjewadi, one of Pune’s leading IT and business hubs, the project will feature premium amenities, including a Sky Clubhouse, catering to the area’s growing demand for high-quality residential spaces.

The new project underscores Shriram Properties’ focus on geographical diversification and its capital-efficient growth strategy, while strengthening its presence in western India’s thriving real estate market.
