Sumadhura Enters South Bengaluru with ₹250 Crore "Uru"

Real estate developer Sumadhura Group is set to invest ₹250 crore in a new residential project, Codename Uru, located in Kenchanhalli, South Bengaluru. Spanning 3.25 acres, the development will feature 297 homes across two 28-storey towers and is slated for completion by December 2029.

With this project, Sumadhura marks its entry into South Bengaluru. The investment will be spread over the next four years.

Over the past 30 years, Sumadhura has delivered 54 projects covering more than 130 lakh sq. ft., with an additional 400 lakh sq. ft. in the pipeline. The group operates across key real estate segments, including residential, commercial, and warehousing, and undertakes both outright land acquisitions and joint developments with landowners.
