Bengaluru-based Sumadhura Group is set to launch six luxury residential projects across East and North Bengaluru in FY 2026, with a targeted revenue of ₹10,000 crore.
The developments will span over eight million square feet and include more than 4,000 housing units, comprising both apartments and around 400 plotted developments. The projects will be strategically located in prominent areas such as Whitefield, Panathur, Marathahalli, Rachenahalli, and Devanahalli. Key upcoming launches include three RERA-approved projects—Folium by Sumadhura Phase 4 in Whitefield, Sumadhura Edition in Siddapura, and Sumadhura Solace in Thubarahalli. Other planned developments are Sumadhura Elysium, Solea by Sumadhura, and Sumadhura Panorama Phase 2.
The company plans to invest ₹2,000 crore in FY26 to support these launches, including mid-market residential projects in Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and near Manyata Tech Park, as earlier stated by Managing Director Madhusudhan Gunda. In addition to its Bengaluru focus, Sumadhura Group is also exploring expansion into markets such as Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Goa, with an emphasis on mid-to-premium residential segments.
