Real estate developer Sumadhura Group has announced plans to invest around ₹6,000 crore to develop six new residential projects in Bengaluru, reflecting sustained demand in the city’s housing market.
The Bengaluru-based company plans to launch the projects this quarter across east and north Bengaluru, spanning nearly 90 acres. The developments will collectively offer over 4,000 housing units, including apartments and residential plots, with a total saleable area exceeding eight million sq ft. The company expects the projects to generate revenues of approximately ₹10,000 crore over their lifecycle.
Commenting on the expansion, Chairman and Managing Director Madhusudhan G said housing demand in Bengaluru remains strong. Over the past three decades, the Sumadhura Group has delivered 56 projects covering more than 17 million sq ft and has diversified operations across residential, office, warehousing, and co-living segments. The latest launches underscore the developer’s confidence in Bengaluru’s long-term residential growth prospects.
