The New Heart of Perambur: Brigade's Iconic Towers

The landmark development will comprise five towers, including a 49-floor high-rise—the tallest residential building in the city—surpassing Brigade’s own 47-floor Altius in Sholinganallur and the 45-floor SPR tower, also in Perambur.

Spread across 15.82 acres and requiring an investment of ₹620 crore, the project is a collaboration with PVP Ventures. Of the total investment, ₹178 crore is allocated for land acquisition, ₹405 crore for construction, and ₹37 crore for utilities. Apart from the 49-floor tower, the other four towers will range from 38 to 43 floors. The project also includes a four-level parking facility (G+3) with space for approximately 2,470 vehicles.

Perambur is rapidly emerging as a key residential hub in Chennai, in line with the city's trend toward vertical living, catalyzed by the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules (TNCDBR), introduced in 2019.

Brigade is also working on another major residential development in Velachery, on the former Raptakos, Brett & Co. site, with an investment of nearly ₹600 crore. Positioned between Phoenix Mall and Westside, the location offers strong commercial visibility.

Currently, Brigade has over 125 acres and 17 million sq. ft. of developable area in Chennai, spanning residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, including Brigade Xanadu, WTC Chennai, Holiday Inn, and Brigade Icon.
