Trinity Unveils Rs 1,200 Crore Luxury Haven on Dwarka Expressway

Real estate firm Trinity has announced a Rs 1,200 crore investment to develop an 11-acre luxury residential project, ‘Sky Palazzo Residences,’ on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.

Scheduled for completion by 2029, the project will be rolled out in phases, with the first phase comprising 345 apartments. Avinash Nagpal, Senior Vice President - Projects at Trinity, emphasized the strong demand for ultra-premium homes, driven by a growing preference for high-end living spaces in Gurugram, Haryana.

This development reflects the increasing demand for luxury residential projects and further solidifies Gurugram’s reputation as a leading real estate hub.
