Lotus Hirize Properties, a renowned property developer in Hyderabad, India, has unveiled its latest residential venture, Lotus Hirize Elysia, in Narsingi, Ranga Reddy, Telangana. With an estimated cost of 150 crores, this project spans 3.95 acres and comprises three towers housing a total of 371 apartments.
The apartments in Lotus Hirize Elysia will cater to a wide range of buyers, with prices ranging from Rs. 50 lakhs to Rs. 1 crore and unit sizes varying from 2 BHK to 4 BHK. The project is scheduled to commence in early 2023 and aims for completion by the end of 2025.
In preparation for the new residential complex, Lotus Hirize Properties has acquired the necessary land and is in the process of securing requisite government approvals. The project's design phase has also commenced, promising a thoughtfully crafted living space for future residents.
Among the planned amenities are a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, and landscaped gardens, enhancing the lifestyle experience for residents. However, the corporation anticipates challenges, including a shortage of skilled labor and navigating regulatory complexities.
Despite these hurdles, Lotus Hirize Properties remains optimistic about the project's success, leveraging its proven track record and strategic positioning to meet Hyderabad's burgeoning housing demand. Additionally, the new residential complex is expected to yield several benefits for the local economy, including job creation, infrastructure improvement, and community development.
