The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for the development of a six-lane, access-controlled regional expressway along the northern periphery of Hyderabad.
The project, spanning multiple sections across Telangana, will be executed under the hybrid annuity model (HAM).
Package I covers a 34.5 km stretch from Girmapur village in Sangareddy to Reddipalle village in Medak, with an estimated cost of ₹1,928.34 crore.
Package II includes 26 km from Reddipalle to Islampur village, valued at ₹1,315.63 crore.
Package III spans 23 km from Islampur village to Pragnapur, estimated at ₹1,233.76 crore.
Package IV covers a 43 km stretch from Pragnapur (ch.82.000) to Rayagiri (ch.125.000), with a project value of ₹1,868.11 crore.
Package V includes 35 km from Rayagiri (ch.125.000) to Tangadpalle (ch.160.000), valued at ₹2,188.79 crore.
The deadline for submitting bids for all five packages is 15 January 2026.
