The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for the development of a four-lane highway spanning approximately 43.7 km in Uttar Pradesh under the National Highways (O) Scheme.
The project covers the stretch from Barabanki (Chainage Km 0.000) to Mustafabad (Chainage Km 43.030) and includes the construction, maintenance, and management of the greenfield section of NH-927. It will be developed under the hybrid annuity mode (HAM) following the design, build, operate, and transfer (DBOT) annuity model, which integrates both construction responsibilities and long-term operations. The estimated contract value is ₹1,690.17 crore.
Bids must be submitted by 15 January 2026.
