Opportunity Knocks: J&K's 287 Crore Road Project Bid.

The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) has invited bids for the construction of a road from Cheema to Leechi Nallah in Jammu & Kashmir, spanning from km 16.950 to km 56.200, with paved shoulder specifications.

The EPC contract also includes the development of access roads to Gurdaligali Post (3.170 km) and Sarson Post (1.310 km) as per NHSL specifications under Package-2 of Project Beacon. The project is valued at Rs 287.25 crore, with a scheduled completion timeline of 36 months and a maintenance period of five years.

The deadline for bid submission is 21 April 2025.
