Epic Concessions Bags ₹2,259-Cr NHAI Toll Deal in TN

In the first NHAI highway monetization of the financial year, EAAA Alternatives portfolio company Epic Concessions 2 has signed a ₹2,259 crore concession agreement for two toll roads in Tamil Nadu. Awarded under the Toll, Operate, Transfer (TOT) Bundle 19 program, the 20-year lease covers the Trichy-Thanjavur and Madurai-Tuticorin sections, totaling 184.5 km. The finalization follows multiple bidding extensions since the bundle's June 2024 launch. With bids now open for Bundles 20, 21, and 22, the deal advances the government toward its ₹30,000 crore annual highway monetization target.
