Powering the $3 Trillion AI Boom: Adani & Jabil Team Up

Adani Enterprises (AEL) has announced a proposed 50:50 joint venture with US tech manufacturer Jabil to venture into AI infrastructure equipment manufacturing. Under a newly signed non-binding MoU, the two companies plan to establish local manufacturing and assembly of next-generation AI and data center equipment.

Designed to support multi-gigawatt AI rack production as well as full-scale installation and commissioning services, the initiative directly aligns with Adani’s broader strategy—backed by a $100 billion investment—to construct 5 GW of green-powered hyperscale AI data centers by 2035. The collaboration leverages a rapidly expanding market, with global AI compute spend projected to exceed $3 trillion over the next seven years.
