Oriana Power has secured a significant contract from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) to develop a 52 MW ground-mounted solar power project, valued at ₹247.88 crore. Under the agreement, Oriana Power will handle the project on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis, which includes obtaining Central Transmission Utility (CTU) approval, constructing transmission lines, and providing comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) services for five years.

This project adds to Oriana Power’s impressive track record, with over 390 MW of capacity currently under execution and more than 240 MW of completed projects. The company also boasts a substantial pipeline of over 900 MW in upcoming projects.

Oriana Power has secured approximately 920 acres of land across India for its renewable energy ventures, reflecting its commitment to expanding its footprint in the sector. The company’s diverse portfolio spans 22 states, showcasing its extensive reach and capabilities in renewable energy.

Recently, Oriana Power formed a strategic partnership with US-based Splitwaters, a green hydrogen electrolyser manufacturer. This collaboration will lead to the establishment of a gigafactory dedicated to producing electrolysers and balance of plant (BOP) modules, with an initial 500 MW capacity set to be operational by 2026 and an additional 500 MW planned for 2027.

Looking ahead, Oriana Power aims to expand its operations into the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, further diversifying its international presence and reinforcing its position as a leading player in the renewable energy sector.
