Ravindra Energy plans to set up Solar Power Project in Maharashtra

Ravindra Energy Limited plans to build a new solar power plant in Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The project's capacity is expected to be 100 MW, generating enough electricity to power over 50,000 houses. The project, which is slated to be completed by 2024, will create approximately 100 new employment. The total cost of the project is Rs. 250 crores. 

The project is a great development for Mumbai, since it would help the city reduce its dependency on fossil fuels and expand its usage of renewable energy. The initiative will also aid in the reduction of the city's carbon footprint and the mitigation of climate change. Furthermore, the project is intended to provide numerous economic benefits to the community. It will generate new job opportunities, stimulate the local economy, and attract new investment.

As of September 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started the work on the project will be finished in 2024, 2025 or 2026 It has been decided to hire a local contractor.
