With a commitment to innovation, the company has announced plans to recruit 500 project managers and 100 architects while harnessing AI technology to streamline project schedules and reduce costs by half within the past year.

Emphasizing sustainability, 91Squarefeet is striving to ensure that 40 percent of its new offices adhere to eco-friendly practices. Notable among its portfolio are esteemed projects such as VLCC, ION Consulting, TableSpace, HDFC Bank, Kotak, Cultfit, Decathlon, Bluestone, and others.

In the preceding year, 91Squarefeet successfully delivered 200 office spaces and 100 outlets across various Indian cities. Demonstrating an exceptional growth rate of 300 percent year-on-year, the company is poised to surpass its revenue target of Rs 130 crore in the fiscal year 2024.
