Thermocool Home Appliances has officially opened a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, marking a key milestone in the company's growth. Covering 25,000 square meters, the facility is designed with advanced automation, energy-efficient technologies, and a focus on employee welfare, reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Initially, the plant will produce between 1,800 and 2,200 units per day, with plans to ramp up to 3,000 to 4,000 units daily within six months. Over the next two years, Thermocool aims to expand production by 50%. The plant will serve the growing demand in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Bengal, Jharkhand, and Nepal. Construction began in 2024, with full operations expected by 2026.
The facility boasts AI-driven quality control, robotic assembly lines, and eco-friendly packaging processes. It will focus on manufacturing a range of air coolers, including desert coolers, commercial coolers, tower coolers, and room coolers, to meet a wide variety of customer needs. In addition to production, the plant will create employment opportunities for 200 individuals, all while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainable practices.
