A New Era of Elegance: The Aman Experience Arrives in Worli

Oberoi Realty, through its joint venture I-Ven Realty, has partnered with Switzerland-based Aman Group SARL to develop a landmark luxury project on a four-acre land parcel at Dr. Annie Besant Road in Worli, Mumbai.

The collaboration will comprise an ultra-luxury hotel with approximately 80 guest rooms, along with a premium residential component offering between 1,50,000 and 2,00,000 sq. ft. of carpet area for sale. The entire development will be branded under the globally renowned ‘Aman’ name, recognised for its expertise in luxury hospitality and villa management.

The hotel is targeted to commence operations by August 31, 2032. Aman will manage the property for an initial term of 25 years, with an option to extend the agreement by an additional 10 years.

Backed by Vikas Oberoi, promoter of Oberoi Realty, and Alpha Wave Ventures II, the project is poised to transform the Worli site into one of India’s most exclusive luxury destinations, leveraging Aman’s global brand appeal and Oberoi Realty’s development expertise.
