Saboo Sodium Chloro (SSCL), through its wholly owned subsidiary Samskara Resorts, has acquired an additional 6,070 sq. metres of land in Udaipur, adjoining its existing parcel of 23,300 sq. metres.
With this acquisition, the total landholding for the Samskara Udaipur project increases to approximately 29,370 sq. metres (about 7.26 acres), creating a consolidated site for a large-scale luxury hospitality development. This marks the company’s fourth land purchase in the past year, following earlier acquisitions in Jawai, Udaipur, and Tadoba.
The proposed project is planned as a palace-style luxury hotel with up to 350 rooms, along with restaurants, banquet and event spaces, wellness facilities, and premium recreational offerings. Its location near Udaipur International Airport enhances its strategic appeal as a major hospitality destination.
The expanded land parcel provides greater design flexibility and scale, supporting SSCL’s strategy of developing landmark luxury hospitality assets across key tourism markets in India.
