Accent Industries Limited is embarking on a new venture by establishing an industrial safety glove project in Amravati, Maharashtra, with an estimated cost of Rs. 25 crore. With a projected capacity of 315.36 lakh units of industrial safety gloves, the company aims to tap into India's growing demand for such products, which is expected to expand at a CAGR of 10% over the coming years.
Spanning across a 10-acre land in Amravati, the new development will cater to various industries' requirements by manufacturing a wide range of gloves, including cut-resistant, heat-resistant, and chemical-resistant variants, all crafted from premium materials surpassing international standards.
The project timeline is set at two years, with Accent Industries Limited optimistic about its success and its potential to bolster the company's market position in the industrial safety gloves sector.
Several factors contribute to Amravati's suitability for this endeavor: it serves as a vital industrial hub in Maharashtra, with numerous manufacturing industries necessitating industrial safety gloves. Additionally, the region offers cost advantages in terms of land and labor, enabling the company to reduce production expenses. Moreover, the Maharashtra government's incentives for establishing manufacturing plants further bolster the project's economic viability.
