Accenture has expanded its footprint in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region by leasing approximately 300,000 square feet of Grade-A office space in Thane through a 10-year agreement with House of Hiranandani. Spread across three floors in a tower at Hiranandani Estate, the transaction marks the tech and consulting firm's third major Indian real estate deal recently, capitalizing on established business infrastructure to support its growing workforce and operations.
