Alphacorp Sets Skies High with ₹350 Crore Luxury Project in Gurugram

Real estate developer Alphacorp has announced a significant investment of Rs 350 crore for a luxury residential project in Gurugram, Haryana. The project, named 'Alphacorp SKY1', is a joint venture expected to generate a revenue of Rs 600 crore. Located in Sector 15, Part 2, Gurugram, Alphacorp SKY1 will feature 200 premium units.

The development will span 5,00,000 sq. ft. across two land parcels, measuring 2.38 acres and 2.36 acres. The 29-floor project will offer apartments ranging from 2,400 to 3,600 sq. ft., catering to the high-end residential market. Alphacorp SKY1 will also boast GRIHA Certified Four-Star and IGBC Gold Four-Star ratings, ensuring environmentally sustainable design and construction.

Alphacorp aims to complete the project within four years, offering cutting-edge amenities to its residents.
