Amaravati's Infrastructure Boom: NCC Secures ₹2,130 Crore Project

NCC has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority for infrastructure development in Zone-12 villages of Amaravati Capital City.

The project includes the construction of roads, drainage systems, water supply networks, sewage lines, utility ducts for power and ICT, reuse water pipelines, and avenue plantation. Awarded on a lumpsum percentage tender basis, the contract has a construction period of three years, followed by a two-year defect liability period (DLP).

The total contract value is ₹2,129.60 crore.
