Specifics of the Project
The project will include a communal complex in addition to a residential block, as well as a commercial structure.
A total of 11,118.21 square meters of floor space will be available in the commercial building.
A total of 31,279.03 square meters of floor space will be devoted to the residential building.
The entire size of the community complex is going to be 189.29 square meters.
The project has a total FAR of 2.9, which stands for floor area ratio.
The whole constructed space of the project is a total of 53,789.01 square meters.
The tallest building in the area is thirty meters in height.
As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of receiving approvals. The project has received all necessary clearances. By the end of the year 2023, development on the project will have begun.
